From the design to the materials selection, this was a NexGen Homes original. We worked closely with the client to integrate materials that would be durable, have excellent weathering characteristics, and, most importantly, look great! The end result included a fully cedar framed pergola, a Brazilian hardwood (Ipe) for the decking, custom glass railings, and riser lights on the steps. For garbage storage and tools, we created a built-in storage cabinet with a custom black aluminum roof.
